Come create and enjoy delicious smoothies with your Little! In this class we will learn what makes for a successful smoothie, what makes a smoothie healthy, compare homemade vs. store-bought smoothies, and enjoy creating smoothies at a mix and match fall smoothie bar.

Come sit down with community leaders and our Bigs and Littles, enjoy a delicious breakfast, and learn how mentorship makes a positive impact in our community!

Do you and your Little love the outdoors? Our hosts and Sierra Club guides, Terrell and Priya, will lead matches on a 1.2 mile roundtrip hike to the scenic Iroquois Park Overlook, with a Jimmy John's picnic lunch provided as well.

MATCHES ONLY, LITTLES AGES 12+ | Join our painting instructor Ronnita as she instructs your match in creating a beautiful piece of art capturing the colors of autumn! Each Big will work with their Little to create this fun visual representation of the fall season.

Are you looking forward to fall? We are kicking off the 24-25 schoolyear of Chef University with an Apple Academy. In this hands on activity we will learn about apple nutrition, have a taste test with varieties of apples, perform a science experiment, learn how to plant and sprout apple seeds, play a game, and of course, bake apple pie! Matches will prepare and enjoy mini apple pies and ice cream.

Bigs: Bring your Little and enjoy meeting and bowling with other matches at Clarksville Strike and Spare. We cover the lane rental for you, and you cover your shoe rental ($4.50 per person). It's a great opportunity to have fun with and teach your Little as well as make some new friends!

Explore the fossil beds at Falls of the Ohio with your Little and other matches guided by a knowledgeable tour guide. You’ll learn about geology and fossils as you explore the 390-million-year-old Devonian fossil beds covered with shells, corals, and other fossils.

Free activity for all matches! Come learn about and play pickleball with your Little and other matches at Good Bounce in Clarksville. The cool, indoor courts are located close to the 2nd Street Bridge. Please remind your Little to wear tennis shoes and appropriate clothing.

Join BBBSKY and Baya (Beautiful As You Are) at our new satellite office in the Norton Goodwill Opportunity Campus to learn how to make this schoolyear your best ever! Little Sisters will learn how to confidently walk into school with a positive attitude toward themselves, learning and friendships.

We are partnering with First Tee of Louisville for a 2-hour clinic where youth can learn more about golf! First Tee strives to provide Golf Skills, Life Skills and Healthy Habits to all participants.

There will be First Tee staff present to teach basic instruction, along with additional learning activities, golf challenges and swag bags. Equipment will be provided.

For our annual BIG Event, we’re kicking it up a notch with a Field Day at the Norton Sports & Learning Center in West Louisville!

Matches and RTBM families can join us for a day of fun, friendly competition. Even if sports & competition aren't your thing, we've got a lineup of fun non-competitive activities waiting for you. Did we mention there will be FREE food, drinks, and an amazing positive atmosphere?

Join us at the Frazier Museum as we kick-off our new agency membership for matches! You can tour the museum with a free guided tour or choose to explore on your own.

You are invited to attend The Louisville Orchestra's free Independence Day Weekend Community Concert, "Play America". This family-friendly event promises an evening filled with music, food trucks, and free fun activities!

A free movie can be a great way to beat the summer heat! Join us at this private movie theatre which seats over 50. We’ll be watching Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse on a 25 foot screen!

You’ll get free popcorn and more! BBBSKY staff will be present to direct parking and during the movie.

Note: Attendees will have to climb one flight of stairs to enter theatre.

Join us at our NEW location in the Goodwill West Louisville Opportunity Center for a few hours of laughter and snacks! We’ll be watching 2010’s “The Tooth Fairy” starring Dwayne The Rock Johnson.

Registration includes your spot in the race, a t-shirt, medal, light refreshments, and admission to the park.

For each runner that registers, Kentucky Kingdom will donate a park ticket, so your participation will directly support our matches and families!

We're marching in the Kentuckiana Pride Parade on Saturday, June 15, 2024, and you're invited to join us! 🌈

The Kentuckiana Pride Parade is Louisville's largest pride celebration annually, drawing several thousand people. The parade begins at Market Street and Campbell Street in Nulu and ends at Waterfront Park / the Big Four Lawn. Please wear BBBSKY-branded merch and wear comfy shoes!
